She has to get used to you, she has to learn her name, and she needs to be trained. This all takes time. Be patient and give her lots of love, attention, and discipline, and she'll be great.

Leash and collar training--with positive reinforcement NOT negative. Get on a friendship basis with the dog, even going down on your haunches to make yourself look smaller and non-threatening.

She's not too young to start obedience training. Make sure you stick to positive reinforcement. A handfull of small, cut up pieces from a hot dog will get her attention also. They use that for teaching dog dancing.

My pup is the same way. Keep her on a leash and let her run with you. When you say 'Inside!' it's time to drop everything and go inside the house. Once she understands the command, try it without the leash. Give her tons of treats and praise when she does come. Be patient - it took me weeks!

shout on her nicely and when she comes make a big fuss and give her a treat so she knows she is being good!
you will probably need to pick her up and bring her in a few times before she does this though, just reassure her its ok to come back in, but this has always worked for me
hope it helps

She needs to be trained. You can get a book in any pet store. Also, she is young and adjusting to her new PACK. Give her time!
