I am starting a diet and I was wondering if their are some good excercises to develope a kick *** body for a guy. like a 6 pack of abs, pecs, guns, awesome legs and a great ***. Can you tell me some good exercises to get that body.


also no stupid answers if you don't have a real answer please don't answer at all.

umm i jsut eat right, like no junk, or fast food, or soda, and work out a lot like 5-6 days a week. for abs i do hanging leg raises, and figure 8's. for pecs , bench press and push ups. leg extensions, calf raises, and leg press for legs. if u need help jsut im me. als

also dont forget cardio, like running.

Benches and squats with sit ups are the best to do to develop strength. You can also do curls for you biceps, tri pulls for you triceps, and standing presses for your shoulders. For pecs go with benches for all of it, incline for upper pecs and decline for lower pecs. On legs do calf raises, leg curls and leg extent ions. For the abs do sit ups on a declined surface with weights. For strength go high weight few reps, for tone go low weight high reps.

I lost weight by walking daily. This might sound simply but it really does work esp. when you just starting out; it helps to build endurance. Good luck=)

running, eating healthy, go to the gym, swim, jump rope and any other exercises. (don't forget to stretch)
