Fear of Aging? How do you Get Over It?

We live in a world that is obsessed with looks. There are many that have to face a fear of their loss youth and may feel depressed and resentful.

What if you could change your mind about aging? What if you could bring back the joy that you felt in your youth? How can people accept and live thier lives like they were young again and let themselves enjoy thier aging process and yet feel like thier youth and being able to welcome changes?

Is there anything we can do or any suggestions to help people through the again process? Is aging a true gift? What can we do spiritually?

We can accept and appreciate all that life has to offer and not question it. Instead of seeking what we were or asking what we will be, we need to be here now and accept it. Accept pain, accept happiness, accept fear. They are things like a Nintendo or Money. Sure, we should strive for something better, but understand that that is what we are doing. If it doesn't work for us, try something else. We can become attached to out thoughts and our feelings just like we become attached to our possessions or how we look. Yet, out attachments will not change things and they only cause pain upon their loss because of our attachment to them. Everything is really a gift, not something we deserve or should expect. Living life that way leads to wonder and awe and contentment. Why should we look to get over aging? Are we trying to hold on to something that is not ours to possess?

Try not to define yourself with aging. Think about what you were before you were born.
And yet the essential nature, is what is awake within you.
Look within, back to the source is very liberal. Before birth, that way the mind can't imagine you.
It will try..........this is totally free will/liberation from suffering/fear! Think about you in this very moment~ And once recognized, there's common ground in this no-thing. It's functioning in and around, often called spirit/consciousness. Come in to the state of listening/the state of being. And allowing your true nature to surface into beauty as God would want you to.
With no attachments to the human form. This is what spirituality is all about. This is the spirit of our consciousness. The mind plays so many tricks on our emotions. Be in the state of being, the non physical essence. Don't ask anything from it. Your perfect just the way you are!!!!!

Your mind ages as well as your body. Things that were not acceptable when young are now accepted. Things don't happen overnight. Everything blends in and matures with age. You will think different and not as you do now.
