Yeah do some research and skip the shots!
Many of the vaccines are not needed. Also they are not safe. There are still many vaccines that have thimerosal (doctors were not required to get rid of any stock they had, and could still have some). Vaccines are not tested for carcinogenic potential. So it is possible that they could cause cancer. Formaldehyde is in many childhood vaccines and some are made from aborted fetal cells. GROSS! I know that there are risks of not vaccinating, but there are also some scary risks associated with vaccinating. Honestly, I know that people say the risks of having a bad reaction are low, but do you want to take the chance of your child having a bad reaction. Also, I have been looking at each individual vaccine and the need. Hepatitis B is sexually transmitted, so the risk for an infant is not there. Hepatitis A, is not needed either, many times children can have it without symptoms, and then they are immune for life (that is more than a vaccine can do). Mumps are usually asymptomatic, so this vaccine is not always necessary. Diptheria can be cured with an antibiotic. Measels used to be a normal childhood disease, adn people gained lifetime immunity. Vaccinations do not give lifetime immunity. That is why people have to get booster shots... If you are torn and need more time to think about it, delay the vaccines and you can always get them later. But you will NEVER be able to take them back. I am also not trying to force my views. It is for you to decide. If you want some more reading material on the subject, e-mail me.
Also there are more links in my profile. And children do not need them for school (there are waivers in every state). So do not let that be the only reason that you do it.

Well I just recently got my Chicken Pox shot and my HPV shot so I know what it feels like..
Wherever you get it you have to relax because if you tense up its going to make it harder for the needle to penetrate the the skin. Just look away and relax and take a deep breath before and release it when theyre giving it to you. It'll be over before you know it. (:

I have a super fear of shots/IVs/getting my blood drawn, at least for me, using a numbing cream helps choke down the panic. I forget what it was called, my dad is a doctor so he got it for me.
Hope I helped!

breath,,,,to relax,,,nervousness can cause tightness which is NOT a good thing when your getting a shot. Also, pray that the dosage is correct and there's no air in the syringe (that can kill you). good luck and good health!

Get them in your butt/hip. No kidding! I had to have shots weekly while pregnant due to complications. If they were putting the shot in my right hip, I put all my weight on my left leg. You barely feel it then.

Don't get one. Just think of how many of those are being recalled right now.
