Im doing 100 situps in the morning and 100 at night and trying to watch what I eat and drink only water. I have no motivation so if I overwhelm myself I wont do anything. Anway, how soon will I really see results and how often a week should I work my abs? Also I need to firm up my triceps..any tips? Thanks!

for abs try crunches and leg lifts. for tris do basic pushups, or inverted pushups.

You should add a variety of ab exercises to your routine. Your body is used to 100 sit ups at night and 100 in the mourning. Unless you intensify the work out by adding weight or doing a lot more reps your abs will progress slowly. Its better to just do a variety of ab exercises to keep your body surprised and to optimize growth. Also doing just ab work outs isn't going to cut it. You will need to do cardio activities such as running or playing sports to lose some fat on the stomach. For the triceps you can do close grip push ups or diamond push ups. If you have dumbells you can do tricep extensions. good luck.
