Of course you must pay bills or pay with your credit rating and be sued.

Sorry but yes it will definately affect your credit report. Anytime you miss a pyament it shows up on your credit report when prospective lenders check. It shows how many late payments you have had in the last six months and who the company is that you owe. If this is the only company that you have fallen behind with then it won't effect it too much as mishaps do happen. If you don't pay it at all it will go to Debt collecters, if you don't pay them a county court judgement is placed on you and your credit score will go down rappidly. This will stay on your file for six years regardless of whether the debt is cleared or not. Prospective lenders will always be able to see this. If you don't intend to pa, which I am not condoning, just make sure you keep all other credit cards, banks accounts, store cards and anything else that boosts your credit score in check. They could help you out in the long run if everything goes pear shaped with the phone company. Hope this helps.

Yes it will affect credit. Thats why I have started my company. I can reactivate any phone with NO Contract ~ NO Credit Check ~ NO Deposits and you get a monthly plan with anytime minutes and FREE Nights & Weekends after 7pm. My company never runs credit if you happen to get in a jam and can't pay it. I can just reactivate you again. Email me if interested. You can keep your own phone too. The number will change but thats it.
