Romans 10:15 How comely are the feet of those who declare good news of good things!
Isaiah 52:7 How comely upon the mountains are the feet of the one bringing good news, the one publishing peace, the one bringing good news of something better, the one publishing salvation, the one saying to Zion: Your God has become king!
What good news? Matt 24:14 And this good news of the KINGDOM will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations and then the end will come.

It's in Isaiah 52:7: "How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings . . . ." Nahum 1:15 says something very similar but doesn't use any adjective befoe "feet." And of course "gospel" means "good news"--or "good tidings."

Romans 10:15 is the most likely choice for what you are looking for.
Webster's Bible
Romans 10:15
And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things?

It's in Romans and Isaiah.....
Romans 10:13-15
For “everyone who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved.” However, how will they call on him in whom they have not put faith? How, in turn, will they put faith in him of whom they have not heard? How, in turn, will they hear without someone to preach? How, in turn, will they preach unless they have been sent forth? Just as it is written: “How comely are the feet of those who declare good news of good things!”
Isaiah 52:7
How comely upon the mountains are the feet of the one bringing good news, the one publishing peace, the one bringing good news of something better, the one publishing salvation, the one saying to Zion: “Your God has become king!”
