im thinking of calling this guy (we met at this college club at least 4 times...but he's 23 and im 18) to ask him to movies on sat/sun.

i feel really comfortable in calling him BUT
what im worried is
what if he says something like "oh sorry busy this weekend"

what should i do then?

should i be like "no prob. take care" and never contact again?

i've never dated btw XDDD

if you ben turneed down rejected, looked down on, etc.. all your life you get to a point where it can be comfortable getting dumped rejected fired not wanted etc...so if u already been riped apart over and over. what is there to lose, when it was long gone. after awile whatever happens makes no difference. it just seems normal. what else are u to expect. one step up and 5 down. it almost becomes expected after awile, especially if that's all you knew. You just get tired after awile of trying things and probably will just make u die young at heart. It simply cannot take no more.

someone has to make the first move right?...so when you call him say you wanted to know whether he is free this weekend or not,if he say yes then ask for the movie..if he says no then say you wanted to see this movie but your friends are not home and wondering if he could take you out.. [name one movie which has recently out and a good one, prepare your homework awryt? ;)]..and say its ok if he can't... if he still says he cant meaning he's really busy..don't feel bad about it...and if he is interested in you and not that kind of a busy, then he should take you out! :)..best of luck dear!

Follow it up by being honest, and saying that you'd like to get to know him better. Ask him if he'd be interested in that. If he refuses to answer or says no, or says he's not interested. thank him for the honesty and move on.
