Like going to a cinema and thinking you shouted something out.
It can get really annoying

I usually do stuff I don't remember doing versus the other way around but I have a clue what you are talking about.
Hmmmm....you might be a sensitive with a more developed mind if this is happen to you. Your images you create in your mind makes your subconscious think you physically did this.

I don't know if I can relate but I think I understand for some reason.
Do you ever have the feeling that you might accidentally scream something out, accidentally reach out and slap someone, accidentally jump off the bridge, accidentally drive off the road.. those are compulsions that are part of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
That is what your thinking you might have already done it reminds me of
Also when you think you might have shouted something out, is it right after you actually said something quietly and you are wondering if it was really loud? cause i've done that before.. Maybe shouted something in your head and are worried you really said it out loud?

Sometimes, especially when i fall asleep in one of my uni lectures. When i woke up i keep thinking whether i snored or farted loud at all xx

yes. sometimes when i make up some big dramatic story and it keeps going on and on to more and more people i start to believe it myself, and i have to remind myself "this is just a lie! it never happened!". haha.
