Im 22, 5'8 and 160 lbs. my new years resolution is to get down to at least 130. The only exercise I get is when I play basketball or when I walk to the store so I really dont work out much and as far as eating goes I eat pretty much anything I want and it goes directly to my thighs. So what I really am asking for is any ideas for a steady workout plan so that I can go to the gym more frequently and some recipes for healthy eating...So if anybody can help me I would really appreciate it. Thank u!

i can't really say much about it, but u should check out the atkins diet, or if u have alot of money, then maybe the nutrisystem thingamabop. i haven't seen the nutrisystem diet work, but i have witnessed the atkins diet work. it's a low carb diet that allows u to have really good food, but just smaller portions and healthier.
curves: that's a good place, it doesn't give u a workout really, idk how to explain it, it's more of a toning place. but since i think u said u have a tight scedule, it is quick, only 30 min, or u can think of a daily routine, and run for 3 days of the wk.
