Im 22, 5'8 and 160 lbs. my new years resolution is to get down to at least 130. The only exercise I get is when I play basketball or when I walk to the store so I really dont work out much and as far as eating goes I eat pretty much anything I want and it goes directly to my thighs. So what I really am asking for is any ideas for a steady workout plan so that I can go to the gym more frequently and some recipes for healthy eating...So if anybody can help me I would really appreciate it. Thank u!
