Titus 2:3 The aged women, in like manner, in holy attire, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teaching well: 4 That they may teach the young women to be wise, to love their husbands, to love their children, 5 To be discreet, chaste, sober, having a care of the house, gentle, obedient to their husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

Bible dress code: The apostle Paul said it quite well when speaking of this subject at 1 Timothy 2: 6-15
6 Jesus gave his life to purchase freedom for everyone. This is the message God gave to the world at just the right time.7 And I have been chosen as a preacher and apostle to teach the Gentiles this message about faith and truth. I'm not exaggerating—just telling the truth.
8 In every place of worship, I want men to pray with holy hands lifted up to God, free from anger and controversy.
9 And I want women to be modest in their appearance. They should wear decent and appropriate clothing and not draw attention to themselves by the way they fix their hair or by wearing gold or pearls or expensive clothes.10 For women who claim to be devoted to God should make themselves attractive by the good things they do.
11 Women should learn quietly and submissively.12 I do not let women teach men or have authority over them. Let them listen quietly.13 For God made Adam first, and afterward he made Eve.14 And it was not Adam who was deceived by Satan. The woman was deceived, and sin was the result.15 But women will be saved through childbearing, assuming they continue to live in faith, love, holiness, and modesty.

1Tim2: 9 Likewise I desire the women to adorn themselves in well-arranged dress, with modesty and soundness of mind, not with styles of hair braiding and gold or pearls or very expensive garb, 10 but in the way that befits women professing to reverence God, namely, through good works.
Duet22:5 “No garb of an able-bodied man should be put upon a woman, neither should an able-bodied man wear the mantle of a woman; for anybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah your God.
So --- it appears that dressing like a Ho and Cross-dressing are both unacceptable.

I take that you mean wearing skirts only, not pants. The text you want is indeed found in the Bible, I believe it is in I Corinthians.
The Apostle Paul came up with many "revolutionary" ideas about how Christians should behave, and those ideas are found in his Epistles.
Personally, I believe that religious leaders should reconsider those teaching. Religious leaders must understand that wearing pants doesn't make women less Christians. Their beliefs are in their hearts, not in their clothes.

Dressing is a cultural thing. The Bible encourages modesty.

You're going to have to be a bit more specific. There are lots of different styles that women dress in. What way do you mean?

Paul says in one of his letters that women shouldn't be so concerned about their external appearance, but he doesn't go into much detail. Somewhere in the Old Testament, probably Leviticus, we're told that men and women shouldn't wear each other's clothes, but there's nothing to tell us what's masculine and what's feminine, and of course the concept of masculine and feminine dress varies from one culture (and era) to another.
