Okay, now I know a lot of you believe that your consciousness will go on after this body doesn't.

What if it doesn't, what if you live it worried about "sinning", and pleasing a God or Gods that turn out not to exist? You may only get 80 years give or take in a seemingly infinite timeline. Why waste it?

To be honest, I feel like I could do more in life, but I'm enjoying it. I'm not saying go out and have sex and do drugs, rather branch out and explore this brief life.

Although I know God and Heaven are real, even if they weren't, I wouldn't change my life. I love my life just the way it is. It would just be emptier without God in it. But I wouldn't be doing anything differently if He didn't exist. So I'm not "wasting" anything.

Umm... I explore life quite well while following my beliefs and I am quite happy. What is there to change? Also, how could it be a waste if there is nothing afterwards. I clearly won't look back then (since according to this hypothesis I won't exist anymore), so how I could I regret living?

The bottom line is, I am happy with my life the way it is, so unless you believe that there is some post-mortal consequence to how I live my life, why do you care what I believe?

-- As I am rereading this I guess I sound a bit annoyed, but I am not. Rather I am just being totally blunt and honest. Have a great day :) --

You're quite right, people who believe something happens after death not only live in fear of it but also tend to fear death. It's very liberating to know that THIS IS IT so make the most of it. It must be hard to expect to go on somewhere else that you might not like. But there's the old joke about it being safer to believe in god, in case you're right, and people don't have the courage to believe in themselves instead. Keep up the good work
