No. Life is temporary. In this life you have choices, and you will be held accountable for those choices. (that explains free will, and affirms it, and defines it) Salvation is a marriage contract with YHVH,: Take His name, follow His rules, You become His "bride", and He will save you from the second death in the end. If you choose not to accept His most generous offer (and choose to remain in your sins- whatever they are) then you will be resurrected with the wicked, and will perish when sin and sinners are burned in the lake of fire which purifies the world eliminating sin, so Messiah can make it over, and very good, so the righteous can live there.

Yep, life is meaningless.
But I can see that if I were live forever, suddenly it would have meaning. Completely logical - you, my dear woman, are a complete genius.
But for now...
I have to go feed my dog, her meaningless existence, is telling her meaningless body, that her meaningless stomach is empty and she is meaninglessly hungry.
For at least this brief moment my life has meaning - to open the can for the meaningless dog to eat - then it's back to my meaningless existence again (or at least until dinner time).
sigh....
but I have to agree with you on the point that you are stupid

In other words, if there is no life after death, then what's the point? I would be inclined to agree - all we could possibly hope for would be a long and meaningful life and a quick and painless death.
Thank goodness I'm not an atheist!

Yep. Life is what you make it, this is not a rehearsal. Just because life is meaningless doesn't mean you can't make something of it while you're here.
On the other hand, you could say that because this life is all we have, it has even more meaning, if you want to get philosophical

OK, I'll try. There is no evidence that there is any afterlife. Once people are dead, they are dead. They have not provided evidence (real, objective, verifiable, validatable) to support any eternal bliss or torment.
Without such evidence, why should anyone believe?

Life has a meaning. Life either way is a gift, and privilege. Where you go after you die, is where you wanted to go, and lived for. But since both good and evil people are aldeady dead, it then comes down to which accepted Jesus as Savior. Since it was only Jesus who conquered death, no one else can save you, no graven image, no idol, and no false gods.

They consider life on Earth insignificant when compared with eternity, which I can see because 80 years vs. infinity does seem insignificant.
Now imagine if you waste your only turn at existence, and regard it as insignificant?

Life has incredible rich meanings. You are not stupid. People just want you to think you are stupid.
