2 Times Square is the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel, which is located at 714 7th Avenue between 49th and 50th Streets, on the north end of Times Square.

On Times Square...which is the junction of Seventh Avenue and Broadway. The south end (one, Times Square) is at 42nd St. and the Square runs north to 47th St.
I would assume 2 would be right across the Square from 1, at the south end, which is near where the ball drops.
