You can pray to who ever you like? But first know this; angel means messenger, so understand why would you pray to the one delivering the message rather than the one sending the message? Also know an Angel is not necessarily from God, there are good angels and bad angels; better to not confuse the messenger at all with the Giver of Life! Jude 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
Also important note in the eyes of God men are greater than angels because in the day of judgment we shall judge angels; 1 Corinthians 6:3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
Colossians 2:18 Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
Galatians 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
So you do the math is angel worship OK

No.
We are supposed to pray ONLY to the Father. Even Jesus showed that when giving us the example of how to pray
Matthew 6:9
“You must pray, then, this way:“‘Our Father in the heavens..."
How do the angels feel about being prayed to or worshipped? Look at how one angel reacted in the Bible;
Revelation 19:10
At that I fell down before his (the angel's) feet to worship him. But he tells me: “Be careful! Do not do that! All I am is a fellow slave of you and of your brothers who have the work of witnessing to Jesus. Worship God; for the bearing witness to Jesus is what inspires prophesying.
See? The angel was horrified at being worshipped. He said "Worship God"

You can pray "aloud." I don't know if you're "allowed" to pray to angels. It's a waste of time, no matter what you think you're praying to, so pray to angels, leprechauns or whatever else you want to.

If you are talking about a Christian perspective on praying to angels, then you would be correct. The reason why we are not allowed to pray to angels is because we are putting them before God. Angels are here to be servants of God. Angels can act as messengers but they are here to do God's will, not ours.

The answer to your question depends more on your religious beliefs, than on whom you ask. Many people believe that you should pray only to God (through Jesus).
I personally believe you can pray to Angels, if that's what you want.
Just make sure those angels you pray to aren't the Los Angeles "Angels" Baseball Team.

No. Notice in the Bible how, often, when angels and humans meet, the human will instinctively try to bow to the angel because it is so glorious. The angel *always* tells the human to get up, because it is not God, and not to be worshiped.
Same goes with praying. Angels are God's messengers. they are created beings, not totally dissimilar to humans. God may *use* them to answer our prayers (just like He might use a Dr. to administer medicine to you as a way of answering your prayer for healing), but *He* is the one who is deciding how to answer prayers and giving the orders. He is the boss. Praying to an angel is misplaced and honestly akin to idolatry. Just say no to praying to angels.
Revelation 19:10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said to me, “Do not do that; I am a fellow servant of yours and your brethren who hold the testimony of Jesus; worship God. For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”

You are allowed to pray to angels all you wish. They will not hear you or if they do, they can do nothing about your prayer, though. Therefore, the only thing it would do is whatever the praying itself does for you. They can't help you.

No, we pray to God the Father or Jesus the Son. Angels are God's messengers and obey God. God may send His angels to help us, if that is His will, but they will not respond to our prayer.

Angels were Created by God to worship him. They only act on what God tells them to do. We are not to try to speak to Angels or Pray to them. It wouldn't do us any good, only harm could come from putting anything before our Lord. We are to have no other Gods before him. Anytime we put anything before God, that is considered idol worship.

No. Angels are merely servants of God. They are not Holy like God. Only God is Holy and worthy of our praise and worship. If you are praying to angels, then you are saying that they are holy, like God. You can pray for God to send His angels for help, though.
