The need for 'salvation' is a Christian concept, not a Jewish one.
And Tetragrammaton is a Greek description of a very central Jewish concept.
So, no.

The Tetragrammaton is the Hebrew letters showing the name of God. Translated as YHVH or JHVH it does not have vowels. There are no "pages".

I don't know, I wasn't there when then word was delivered to Moses. The text probably lost something int the translation or was purposely ommited because the interpreter didn't believe that it was a neccessary part of the text. Tetragrammaton that!

I'm pretty sure the Tetragrammaton is a name, so it doesn't have pages.

The Tetragrammaton is a name, not a book. It is the Name that is often transliterated as "Jehovah," or "Yahweh," or YHVH, or JHVH, or YHWH. . . .
In Hebrew, it is the letters Yud Hey Vauv Hey, representing the completeness of God --
Yud -- the Father
Hey -- the Mother
Vauv -- the Son
Hey -- the Daughter

No. There is nothing hidden about salvation. For a Christian it is about believing in the death, resurrection and life of Jesus Christ as revealed through the Holy Scriptures and living that in what you do and say.
