During President Clinton's tenure, nuclear missile technology was transfered to the chinese gov't as a part of Clinton's "engagement" policy.
This technology has helped them immensely with their nuclear ICBM's.
So, how is this not treason?

campaign contrabutions was the reasoning behind it. it gave clinton the ability to pay off the news hounds to broadcast only positive things about him and his wife. thats why you never heard of anything bad coming out of the white house during his tenure, and if you did it was all a right-wing conspiracy. and yes this is high treason but he will never be charged for it due to the overwhelming press coverage that has been spun in his favor.

The Loral Corporation transferred missile guidance technology to the Chinese. Canada, with its Candu reactors, provided fixed nuclear power generation technology to the Chinese. The Chinese had developed and tested nuclear weapons long before William Jefferson Clinton even thought of running for President. Their nuclear test facility is at Lop Nor in Northwest China. Because of drift from atmospheric testing done decades ago, there are citizens of Turkmenistan who want compensation from China. They are Asia's equivalent to the "down-winder" victims from the Nevada atmospheric tests.
Neither Loral's or Canada' role is treason because China is not at war with us. Neither Loral or Canada is conducting war against us or giving aid and comfort to an enemy. Those are the elements which constitute treason as defined in the U.S. Constitution.

You are talking about the Loral Corp in Lodi,NJ. Although it is illegal to tranfer this information to foreign countries the president can issue a waiver which he did in this case. So while it is not treason it is treasonous.
But you have to understand how much money the Chinese have paid the Clinton's. Since leaving office Bill has been a paid speaker in chuna 9 times and has been named advisor to 4 companies with ties to the Chinese government. Not to mention all the minimum wage dishwashers that contributed the maximum 2000 dollars to Hillary's campaign.

If you elect a president that wouldn't even serve in the country's military, but protested in instead, this is what happens. Military technology, and a lot of hard won knowledge was a joke to Bill.Clinton served the needs of one man alone, Bill Clinton, and damn the consequences.

The Chinese have always been huge contributers to the Cinton's. When the White House is for sale, China's always the biggest bidder.

It will happen again if Hillary gets elected. Just another reason not to vote for her.
