No.
The antichrist is not a single person. The antichrist stands for all those collectively who are against Christ and who teach lies. That's why the Bible plainly says 'there are many antichrists'. -1 John 2:18, 22, 23
"Antichrist" is a description. It is NOT a title.

JESUS is the Messiah,
for the Jew first and then the Gentile(non-jew).
Unfortunately most jews are expecting
the messiah to be a man (like Moses was)
rather than the SON of GOD
as the old testament
prophesied in several places.
The Anti-Christ will use some world issue
such as terrorism or "global-warming"
to exert his authority over the entire earth.
The Bible says that the anti-christ will forge
a new peace treaty between the jews and muslims
which will allow the jews to rebuild the Temple
on the temple Mount in Jerusalem,
most-likely alongside the Dome of the Rock.
This will seem like a miraculous occurrence to the jews
and they will hail the anti-Christ as their new Messiah.
Soon after rebuilding the new jewish Temple,
the antiChrist will reveal his true agenda by
entering the Temple and declaring himself
to be "god" and demanding to be worshipped.
At this time the jews will react in horror
as they realize the grave mistake that they made.

This question is resolved by a brief explanation of Christian beliefs - Christianity was born out of Judaism (Jesus was Jewish). The people who were the first Christians were Jews who believed that Jesus was the Messiah they were looking forward to. Though many people who claim to adhere to Christianity today neglect to remember the rich history of Christianity in Judaism, essentially, to be Christian is to believe that Jesus is the Jewish Messiah, come to cleanse the world and show us the best way to live in it.

The final Anti-Christ will be a very powerful being (cf Martin Luther) and no doubt will lead some "Jews" astray. I don't think many will be fooled.

Don't know.
I always thought he would have to be a Jew.
But some end times scholars believe he will come out of Islam.
