No way! If it's practice you need, make a fist with your hand and bring your thumb along your index finger and kiss the shape made. Move your thumb up and down to open and close

Ignorant dog lovers who like to make their dogs over-excited will lick (thinking it's very affectionate). Think about this for a while. Dogs eat their own poop, lick their own penis, eat raw food (those on raw food diet), etc etc. It's the surest way to get communicable diseases.
There are better ways to show affection. Calm petting, giving food, long long walk, and spending time together.
I love my dog but will not exchange fluids. I hate people who want to lick my cute little puppy, they are teaching him that 1) excitement is good 2) licking at strangers is good. Sick.
