Well the chances are 50/50 depending on where you bought the hamster... PetsMart has just one gender, so I would assume its safe to say you wont get a female hamster. Although Petco carries both males and females and claims that they are seperated, I've seen some mistakes, like a pregnant momma had about 20+ babies, and they thought they seperated the males and females, but I noticed the dad was STILL IN THE CAGE! He could have easily mated with the mom again, and there were 2 boy babies in the cage with the females. So you never know. Hope I helped.
PS if she is prego and she has babies you should be able to get them adopted out through petco or petsmart

It all depends on where you buy the hamster. Several stores will only sell one gender so the chances of their hamsters breeding is almost nothing.
Basically no responsible pet shop should be selling pregnant hamsters. Trust me, you DON'T want a pregnant hamster. Very quickly you will wind up with about 100 hamsters and no homes for them.

Well if it was housed with males there is a great chance she is pregnant, if she wasn't then I doubt she is... But if she isn't and you want her to have babies ask around and see if anyone you know has a male hamster the same breed as her(syrian, dwarf,ect.). You never know, alot of people have pet hamsters. Hope this helps!! ;D

If there is a male in the cage with her, she will likely be pregnant. If the sexes are separate, then probably not.
If you buy a hamster that is still very small, too young to get pregnant, then she won't be, even if she's still with her brothers.

most pet stores in my area keep both sex together. they are young , so breeding is not supposed to be taking place. but it happens, more times than people would like.
