Ah! A refreshing change of perspective. Yep, love is a biological emotion meant for survival of the species. christian cults having rejected science, don't know this, and bask in their ecstatic moronic relationship with a mythical deity.

God is love.

You can love a pet, a movie, a song, etc.
It's more than just a chemical process or a biological response.

Love is immaterial... and so is God.

Greetings,
God is Love. Love Is the self givingness of the self. The same is true for creativity, thus, God the Creator.

The expression of or reception of a loving act may induce a chemical response, but love is always of the Spirit.

God is an Intelligent Process and therefore Love is always present. The more you express it the more you will experience it, because you are a part of the process.

Is chemical process immaterial? I believe God is not made of material, but is a metaphysical, universal force.
