Buddha can come down from whatever heaven he wants. But for the sake of argument he didn't come down from Jesus-y heaven, and I've never heard of Hindu heaven, so Chinese it is!

Buddha wasn't Chinese..He was Hindu Indian....

You're asking as if Buddha is some sort of a god , as the Christians believe that Christ is . Gautama ( Buddha) never was , and never will be a "god" .

No, because Buddha is not a god, he was a man, albeit a very smart and interesting man. He predicted Jesus' coming to earth, anyways. :)
