Theres this girl at school, and she is in eighth grade, I am in seventh. From what I know of her, she is really sweet. I went to open skating at the ice rink the other day and she was there with some of her friends, they kept making excuses to talk to me, but I only really wanted to talk to the one. I want to ask her for her phone number, but I want to do it in a cool way that won't make me look korney. Any ideas???

It's usually better to be blunt. Just walk up to her w/ a big smile, look her in the eye and say something like, "I think you're cool, can I have your number so that I can call you sometime?"
But if you want to be "original," send her a cheesy note in class...preferably written in crayon that says:
I think I have a crush on you, so I want to ask you some questions, please check one:
Do you like me? and then "yes" or "no" check boxes.
Can I have ur #? yes or no
Do you want to go to the movies w/ me on friday? yes or no...
This one always does the trick.

be calm, if you aren't, she will tell and it will be all over there and then, ask her if you could be mates with her and then ask for it, and say that this is the only way that you can keep in touch during the holidays, if she has a boyfriend, i won't go there, but if she hasn't i'd go for it, you've got nothing to lose

just say hey and start small talking....and then just be honest and tell her that yewr interested. ask her if she wants to go to a movie or something. Then ask for her number....let her know that yewr interested...⥠hope i helped
