I don't think you should worry about it, My little sister always talk in her sleep, She says ridiculous things, for example, I had a whole conversation with her while she was sleeping. She was talking about you can play games on sticky notes, another time she was talking about you can put chocolate on the windows, and one night after a school football game she said I can't believe we lost , but in real life we didn't lose, we had won. So i guess he's in her memory so sometimes she talks about him but all the things she says may not be true. I don't think you should worry about it. Talk to her while she is sleeping... I think it is great, but dont believe everything she says.

here are some things to prevent this ;
Make sure the sleep talker gets plenty of sleep every night, someone who is sleep deprived is more likely to sleep talk.
Reduce the stress and anxiety levels
Keep to a regular schedule of going to bed and getting up at the same time
Don't eat a heavy meal right before bedtime
If an episode occurs, make sure the sleep talker is safe and gently soothe them

Her brain is replaying events, dreaming does that, not to worry, she's processing... if it makes you feel any better, just ask her the next morning if she even remembers, I bet she doesn't.
My partner was actively boinking his old girlfriend in his sleep with his eyes wide open, and couldn't remember a thing after I woke him up. So it's not exactly cheating, is it? Just a memory replaying, like a broken record.

good question. see, one who think about an orbit, or person or
any unforgettable incident, that makes the one to think about it always ... it ecos while sleeping. mensioning a name while sleeping means not supportive or not cheated..it is natural. i read in a book which contained this survey in which 15% of people murmurs while sleeping. you can find words from someone and can't hear clearly from major. This murmuring while sleeping means not due to affection or kind. so, nothing to worry.

Don't worry about anything!! first of all dreams don't mean anything at all. you can't control whats happening in them. and if shes dreaming about him it doesn't technical mean she likes him. it really doesn't mean anything with that. maybe that they talked recently or something. nothing huge. Okay, so now to sleep talking. sleep talking only has one explanation. Inheriting. People inherit sleep talking and walking from their parents, grandparents, etc. Overall, I'm trying to say, what happens when a person a sleeping, whether they sleep walk or sleep talk, it basically means....nothing.

Well, there are several reasons to why she has sleep talk thingy! I believe that becasue she feels guilty of cheating on you and that she consideres this as a bad shocking memory.
So, no worries and help her get over it ;)
Good Luck in your relation :D

well... IT'S ALL ABOUT WHAT'S SHE SAYING AND HOW'S SHE SAYING IT. she may be troubled by this, but on the other hand she may be missing him. iF she's let's say happy in her dream, then you vie got to have a serious talk with her about what she really wants. and if she looks as she's having a bad dream while mentioning him, then she's feeling guilty. and, in that case, tell her you love her and keep working through it.

Stress can make a person talk in their sleep. Talk it over w/ her in a non-confrontational manner and see what happens. Good luck
