That is impossable to answer I know nothing about you or your life style.

I think you shouldn't. Some kid kept showing that same picture all night last night trying to get people to tell him how cute it is.. He was obviously not convinced himself that he like the dog or he would not need anyone's confirmation that the dog was ' cute '

You should not buy a dog based on it's looks. You should check into the breed and find out what it was bred for, what it's breed characteristics are and whether or not that kind of dog would fit well with your lifestyle and experience.

Only you can answer that question. They are very vocal dogs. They love to run and they love to find anything.
If you would like to get one please consider getting one from a shelter. There are a lot of beagles in shelters because so many people look at a cute photo of one, then it grows up and they don't want it anymore.

No, you should never buy a puppy when your local animal shelter is putting over 50% of the dogs they take in to sleep. You should check out the local shelters for puppies before going to a breeder.

Beagle could be a tough dog to train. They are very cute but also have a very strong wil. Just make sure that you could be his/her pack leader and she/he respects you then it should be ok.

Sure! They DO like to run, so make sure you have the time to give them the exercise they need. They do make wonderful pets. Take them to at least ONE training class
