Ok people. Want to think for a second? Obviously this riddle is made for any year that you are currently in. So obviously a lea year is out of the question, and even then, the math will still be wrong. Obviously this is a phsycological riddle in which it makes it seem as something its not. He was born in 1938, which doesnt mean he neccessarly was born in that year. He could be born in room 1938 in the hospital in 1978.

come on, people. think about it. it CAN'T be that he/she was born on Feb. 29, b/c then he/she would only be like 17. Plus, 1938 was NOT a leap year. geez. I say 1938 is a place or room number.

sky blitz is way way off. The use of the word "am" means he is saying it now,using the present tense (am) to depict a past event (was born). OBVIOUSLY there were not even computers in 1967 much less boards such as this one, to delay the message from 1967 to today the day the question is asked.
