Coffee, milk, hot chocolate, smoothies, lemonade, packaged drink mixes, ovaltine, egg nog, milk shakes, Carnation instant breakfasts are ones that come to mind. I wish your sister good luck with her surgery, it's a biggy.

There are some canned drinks that are sugar-free such as lemonade made by several companies. However, if she eliminates everything except water, juice, herb teas and milk it would be a much healthier way to live.

Diet Lemonade
Iced Tea sweetened w/ Splenda
Milk
Crystal Light
Diet Kool-Aid (better than Crystal Light, IMO)

If she can't live without her soda, just make it flat then drink. Other than that there is Kool-aid, lemonade...the rest is pretty much coffees, teas, water, fruit flavored water, juices, milk (flavored or not,) punch.

My husband is a diabetic so we always have drinks like Crystal Light (the powder) on hand it's sugar- free and non- carbonated. They come in tons of flavors and are really good!!!!
