I have a really good voice, and I would like to use my voice to sing to people. The only problem is, I dont know where to go to sing, or where to start. Any suggestions?? Please dont say church =)

I'm not sure how good you really are, or if you've had any training or not. If you're in high school, join choirs, do talent shows, just sing in the hallways and start gathering a fan base.
If you just want to sing, then I would try karaoke nights, coffee house open mics, regional choirs, if you're not just into singing but acting as well, I would do community theatre. If you're in it for serious then I suppose either you or a friend plays an instrument. In that case, I would make a demo CD and start playing it for people and sending it off to radio stations, small theatres, and coffee houses.

Church would have been a good answer. But depending on your age, you can go to Karoke bars and get on their list. Depending on your area too. If you have others that are with you then you have all the more going for you.

you can go to a bar in sing karaoke just go to any bar in ask if they do karaoke and when

you can also do basking, join a choral group
