You can request a transcript of your w-2 and other income information from the IRS. With that information you can file a return. The school only requires that you file not that you file accurately. If the state has information about other income they will surely notify you but that will come well after you have registered for school. In most cases the information you get from the IRS regarding income is correct in the first place.

Unfortunately the IRS copy of the W-2 won't show if you had any state withholding. You can still file the SC form using it, but you would show a zero for payments. This would make the tax, penalties and interest higher.

You could contact your employer and see if you can get a copy from them.

You'll have to get a copy of your W-2. Contact your former employer and see if they can provide one - if you can't get it there, contact the IRS and you can probably get it from them.
