depends what your having it with! A steak then English a salad dressing then Dijon every time. It like saying which car do you like, I'm sure you like a different car for a different job its the same with mustard

If you're going to have mustard, at least have something that tastes of mustard - therefore it's English mustard, made with vinegar ! ! !
