That's a pretty general question. Camrys have been made for quite a few years and have had many engines. Your best bet is to get a forum and ask there, should be a pretty easy question. Altough it is more geared toward solaras, try www.solaraguy.org . They'll be able to help you. I think there is a limiter that prevents you from getting past a certain speed (dunno if it was like 120mph or what).

A Camry can not drive.

Call Toyota and ask them. I gaurantee that car does not do 162.
