Well theres no Adobe photshop for free dude but you can use this address to download 30 days trail adobe photoshop cs2

However there are kool free softwares to edit pictures n they are pretty good like :
1: Gimp for windows
2: Serif photo plus
3: Pixia

Check out Link #3 for a cool program called Irfanview, that is a picture viewer, which also has some good editing tools. It's easy to use, doesn't dog your system and spyware-free.
It would be wrong of me to suggest using a program like uTorrent to download copyrighted software, and I also shouldn't tell you to use a program called PeerGuardian while you use uTorrent, to protect yourself from RIAA, MPAA, etc. So, DON'T use these programs to download just about anything you could ever want. That would be piracy.

Install the trial version and edit the pictures.
Don't download any torrent etc its piracy and you might get a virus or adware.
Use Paint shop pro or search online image editing websites.
