Here in NC we are.
We haven't been able to go boating for this whole summer now. :-(
The town has actually decreased our water pressure.

Is it going to come down, that they are going to time the water amount that you use?
Are you, and what are some of the limitations that you have?
Do you sneak?
By the way, we don't sneak watering because of the hefty fines that come along with it.

We had very little rain throughout the summer here in Southern Illinois, but this winter has been very wet, not snow and ice, thank goodness although every one just north and west of us had a horrible ice storm, Ours all rain, my back yard looks like a swamp. I will never complain about the rain though as dry as this summer was it was quite scary.

I feel for you there and also in Georgia, I can't imagine how worried you all must be.

You want to talk drought? Come to Arizona. Basically, we are in a 500 year drought. All the reservoirs are half full. Most of our water, along with Southern California and Nevada, comes from Colorado. And people are still moving here by the tens of thousands every year. Each year we dump 700 pounds per person in SALT into our environment, because people don't like the hard water, so they use water softeners. To bad about the boating thing where you are boo hoo.
