It´s true many "Catholics" are converting to some of the 33,000 sects of protestantism. In my country over 1/3 of "Catholics", have converted.
I believe that is good because those people have finally found Jesus because they people were IGNORANT Catholics did not know anything of Catholicism so they were not real Catholics, never practised anything and were away from God. For them it´s part of the way to go to God. Mark my words: most of them will return with renewed faith to the church that Christ establish with Peter as the rock and universal pastor (read Mt. 16:18 and John 21:15-17): the Catholic Church.
However the issue here is that EDUCATED pastors who know the Bible back and forth are converting to become Catholics.
So far you non-catholics have not responded my questions and your answers are just the usual ignorant bigothy against the Catholic Church that has been planted in your hearts since young. C´mon Chris, JeanMary and similar: answer the question.

Read again Eusebius. He says James WAS CALLED the brother of the Lord, not that it was. You have to undersdtand Jewish culture. They called "brother" the uncles, cousins, etc, because the word "cousing" does not exist in Hebrew or Aramaic. Very much like you call "brother" and "siste" to those who attend your church. Consider the following:
• Gen. 14:14 - Lot, Abraham's nephew (Gen 11:26-28), described as Abraham's brother.
• Gen. 29:15 - Laban, Jacob's uncle, calls Jacob his "brother" (KJV).
• Mt. 10:3 - James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, Philip and Bartholomew, Thomas and Matthew the publican, and James the son of Alpheus, and Thaddeus - Note that there are two apostles named James (also Act.1:13) and none is son of Joseph

• Mt. 27:55-56 - There were many women there, looking on from a distance, who had followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering to him. 56 Among them were Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of James and Joseph , and the mother of the sons of Zebedee (see that James and Joseph were not sons of Mary mother of Jesus?)
• Mk. 15:40 - There were also women looking on from a distance. Among them were Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of the younger James and of Joses, and Salome
• Mk. 15:47 - Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses watched where he was laid
• Lk 6:15 - Matthew and Thomas, James the son of Alpheus, and Simon who is called Zelotes
• Act. 1:12-15 - apostles, Mary, "some women" and Jesus' "brothers" number about 120. That is a lot of "brothers.
• No one other than Jesus is called son of Mary
