If you have trained long and hard, then your training will kick in.

The stronger you get, the longer it takes before your rage or fight instinct kicks in.
This is neccesairy, the stronger you are, the more responsebility you have for your actions and those of the people around you.

If you train more you will also learn that to win it all, is to lose it all.
I might be able to kill someone, but not be able to live knowing I did.

Second: when people are in a stress situation they do what they have done most often. If you have trained a lot, chances are very big that the techniques will come. Especially when you trained to keep your head cool.

it depends how often you use it and how effective you think it is. when i get pissed i keep my distance figure out what i wanna do then do it, this is within a matter of seconds. its usually push them down, roll them over then snap their neck.

it also depends on what moves you have. its not like you turn wushu master when you're pissed. train the moves you like to perfection, then when its time to use them, they'll come almost automatically. sometimes people get so basic like u mentioned; eye gouging, nut shots, biting, etc. when they get mad, hey it happens. its really dangerous when you can't control the rage though. that's where discipline comes in, it comes with training.
