Everytime I watch a video on it I hear sound but the picture is very dark. I turned up the brightness and everything but nothing is working. Can someone please help THANK YOU

Did you check Microsoft's site and get your computer scanned for the latest updates for your computer.
If all else fails downloald VLC for your computer and make it the default player and your problems will be a thing of the past.

Probably your windows media player isn't updated. Update it to the recent version, because the video that you were trying to watch is probably in a file format that your media player isn't capable of. Download Windows media player 10, but make sure you have windows XP or Vista for that.

Make sure you turn up the brightness/contrast on BOTH windows media player and your monitor. If you still can't get it to work, it is most certainly your monitor. Time for a new one.
