I want to say this in English correctly to someone I know who has been worried so much over many things. She is easy to be worried over someone who can't change her life. Like stranger in street. Which of below is the best and correct thing to say?

"He doesn't ruin your life"
"He can't ruin your life"
"He can't change your life"
"Live and let live, he can't ruin your life"

Do you know any quotation or something for her?

Thanks for your help!

They are all ok but the one I would use would be
"He can't ruin your life"

"He can't ruin your life."

or "He can't change your life."

I would not use the last one, with "Live and let live", unless she is getting into a confrontation with someone, or contemplating taking some revenge, then "Live and let live" would be saying that she ought to just live her life and let him live his life. It's used in some slightly different ways but in the situation you describe it would probably sound like a criticism of her.
cant think of a quote right now.
I might say "Just let it go. He's not worth it." or "He's not worth worrying about."

It sounds like you're saying that your friend is wanting a certain man to be the influential presence in her life, the "knight in shining armor", if you please. What I would say is, "look, girl, he's not man enough for you" - I got that from the Toni Braxton song "He Wasn't Man Enough For Me"

I would say 'Why do you care what he thinks? He can't change your life.'

"Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me."

"What do you care what a stranger you will likely never see you again thinks."

Good luck,
