Yamaha or Casio? I was thinking of YPG-525

or should I get grand XS8? I think I'd be scared of it though.

I used to have one but I gave it away to a needy family who went through a tragedy, I want to get back at it again. I forgot what I had though, that was a few years ago and I only had it for a couple weeks. I know how to play!

How should I decide on one that I'll be happy with?

Yamaha has always been best for me.

But ask these questions:
1. Do you need Midi compatible?
2. Do you transport it alot and how heavy is reasonable for you and your needs?
3. Are the keys full-size enough for your tastes?
4. Are the sounds what you want?
5. Are there alot of functions you won't use?

Go from there and then look in consumer reports or a music trade magazine.
