Well, does she keep eye contact with a sparkle in her eyes when she's doing this? And is she smiling as she does it?
There are several possibilities:
- maybe she's giving you a signal.
- maybe she's saying fu
- maybe she's got a habit and unaware'
- maybe she's jerking you around
Your job, grasshopper, is to figure out WHICH is correct.

When I do that I am actually flipping off the one I am talking to. If she does this without thinking she needs to be told that it is rude, and to work on it. Now if you think she is coming on to you, ask her out for coffee after work. And just see what happens next......

Watch her with other people. If she does it all the time, it is a habit. If she only does it with you, heck yeah she is sending you signal.
