No. The Army has already weakened itself enough through Politically Correctness Indoctrination and "feel good" experiments. There exists a HUGE difference in being a helo pilot and earning the coveted tab; moreover, performing the harsh, dirty, sweaty, demanding, bloody, and HEAVY WORK associated with actively wearing the tab. Perhaps there are a few females that may, perhaps, survive the course but to actually ACTIVELY serve in an all male Ranger BN is a totally different story.

Unfortunately they cannot, because Rangers are part of the combat branch of the Army, and women aren't allowed in that branch of service for various reasons (one of the biggest being if they get pregnant, they're no good to the unit for the most part).

Of course, this doesn't mean that women won't be put in danger, if you remember Jessica Lynch (and how her situation was overblown by both the Pentagon and the media), and Shoshana Johnson, and many other women who have been put in combat and have died for their country through various conflicts. But due to military policies, they cannot earn a Ranger tab (or they can't officially wear it if they go out and buy it, or someone for whatever reason gives her one).

I don't think they can. I don't recall any military branch allowing their special forces units to include women. Also, if I'm right about what tabbing is about, then the answer is no since that's too big of a sexual harassment suit since the person getting tabbed has to remove their shirt.

No, no girls allowed in the Infantry world, and Ranger school is the pinacle of the Infantry world. This is not the Army's decision but the US Congress.

Females are not allowed to attend Ranger school, therefore, they are unable to be "tabbed".

NO a female can not be a Ranger. That is a combat arms MOS and women can not be in a combat arms MOS

Yes, I think she could.
But, she would probably have to be a lone ranger and have a native American as her partner.
