My boyfriend just proposed to me and I don't know what to say.
He treats me badly one day, and then the next day, he's as sweet as a peice of sugar coated candy!
Once, he actually beat me with his fists. Then the next day, he was so nice to me! I don't know.
Can someone help me decide? I really love him sometimes, but other times...i'm not sure.

Say NO! If you're afraid of his response or that he may get angry, tell him it's a huge decision and you need time to think it over. You're not in love with each other. It is NEVER okay to beat somebody. EVER! You need more help than you can get at this site. Go to a family member, a good friend, pastor, priest, or the police. You need to get out of that relationship as quickly and safely as possible. If he beats you now, what do you think is going to happen in the future? Do you think he'll just suddenly stop? Get out and get help! Good luck to you.

once A beater always A beater the guy is insecure. I hate guys that slap women around. I was told when I was A kid never hit A woman unless A woman hits you like A man . DO NOT MERRY THIS LITTLE INSECURE WANT TO BE MAN

I think that if you stay with him and marry him, the beatings could get worse. He could even be one of those ppl who think that once you're married, he owns you. You need to get away now while you can. Good luck. Hey, there are plenty of respectable nice guys out there.

Whoa, he's really weird, does he have some problems? like does he drink, take drugs? I think you have to ask yourself how you REALLY feel about him I mean he's asking you to marry him in the future.......so I say think really hard about this, I would say no cause he hits you and treats you nice sometimes why can't he treat you nice all the time.....?

Listen sweetie, I was in your situation, the same exact one. Don't think marriage or kids will change him. If he put his hands on you once he will NEVER EVER stop and I mean it. If I were you I'd leave his bi polar as* just like I left that di*khead. it gets more psychotic and worse. I'm almost positive he verbally abused you callin u names such as b*tch, sl*t, things like that. it doesn't get better, turn him down, move on. trust me

Your bf is an abuser. If you marry him this will only get worse. He needs counselling and, if he won't get it you need to break up with him.
