By "all that" i mean that religion that you believe in, don't be stupid! And to the guy talking about the bible, you still didn't explain it! You just say i believe this i believe that you didn't explain why!

I am giving people who believe in a religion a chance to explain why, because right now atheists are the only ones with actual evidence and sense!

everything that Jesus said is true and I'm finding out everyday more and more. He said the world will hate Him and will hate His followers also. And they do. People do not want to be responsible for their sins, or give up "control" of their life. Meaning they love their sin to much. What rational explaination do you have for the resurrection of Jesus Christ. How about the fulfilled prophecies of Christ?
Jesus said he was the way and the truth, there is no other way into heaven. (to paraphrase), but people say what kind of God would only send millions to hell? Jesus does not hate them, they hate Jesus. What is Jesus suppose to do. God gve them free will, so that they can choose to follow or not, then they go through life looking, wondering and uncertain of their future. I've noticed that the savedpeople of this world, not professing christians, but saved. They are calmer, more rational, easy going. The greatest burden has been lifted from their shoulders, and when we try to share the best gift of all, the world says that we are pushy, inconsiderate, narrow minded, and stupid. I just say that they are lost.

Without knowledge of the purpose of creation, human beings wander aimlessly through life, like ships at sea without rudders. Their goals are either wrong due to incorrect religious teachings, or materialistic and thus confined to this world. It is, therefore, essential for their own well-being that they know why God created them. Fundamentally, Allah created in order to manifest His attributes. Consequently,

Creation is the consequence of His being the Creator

Paradise manifests His Mercy and Grace

Hell, His justice

Humankind's errors, His forgiveness

Living and non-living beings, His Generosity, etc.

The significance of knowing that creation is a means by which Allah manifests His attributes is that human beings can then correctly recognize God and accept His decree and their destiny.

For Atheists: Watch in the Sand?

Suppose you find a watch in the middle of a desert. What would you conclude? Would you think that someone dropped the watch? Or would you suppose that the watch came by itself?

Of course no sane person would say that the watch just happened to emerge from the sand. All the intricate working parts could not simply develop from the metals the lay buried in the earth. The watch must have a manufacturer.

If a watch tells accurate time? Consider the sunrise and sunset. Their timings are so strictly regulated that scientists can publish in advance the sunrise and sunset times in your daily newspapers. But who regulates the timings of sunrise and sunset?

Allah tells us in the Qur’an:

"Behold! In the creation of the heavens and the earth; in the alternation of the Night and the Day; in the sailing of the ships through the Ocean for the profit of mankind; in the rain which Allah sends down from the skies, and the life which He gives therewith to an earth that is dead; in the beasts of all kinds that He scatters through the earth; in the change of the winds and the clouds which they trail like their slaves between the sky and the earth, (here) indeed are Signs for a people that are wise"

The message is clear, if a watch can not work without an intelligent maker, how can the sun appear to rise and set with such clockwork regularity? Could this occur by itself?

Consider also that we benefit from the sun only because it remains at a safe distance from the earth, a distance that averages 93 million miles. If it got much closer the earth would burn up. And if it got too far away the earth would turn into an icy planet making human life here impossible.

Who decided in advance that this was the right distance? Could it just happen by chance? Without the sun plants would not grow. Then animals and humans would starve. Did the sun just decide to be there for us?!

The rays of the sun would be dangerous for us had it not been for the protective ozone layer in our atmosphere. The atmosphere around earth keeps the harmful ultraviolet rays from reaching us. Who was it that placed this shield around us?

We need to experience sunrise. We need the sun’s energy and its light to see our way during the day. But we also need sunset. We need a break from the heat, we need the cool of night and we need the lights to go out so we may sleep. Who regulated this process to provide what we need?

Moreover, if we had only the sun and the protection of the atmosphere we would want something more-beauty. Our clothes provide warmth and protection, yet we design them to also look beautiful. Knowing or need for beauty, the designer of sunrise and sunset also made the view of them to be simply breathtaking.

The creator who gave us light, energy, protection and beauty deserves our thanks. Yet some people insist that he does not exist. What would they think if they found a watch in the desert? An accurate, working watch? A beautifully designed watch? Would they not conclude that there does exist a watchmaker? An intelligent watchmaker? One who appreciates beauty? Such is God who made us.

I read that your question might be serious.
I believe in all that I believe in because I came to my faith trough many obstacles and hard findings. My life experiences led me to where I am now. I went through a fog of different beliefs and found my own to be the truth for me. Now no-one can take this away from me merely because I came a long way to find what I know now, all the way from being an atheist, then agnostic, then christian attempts.
I've seen all I believe now with my own eyes and experienced a lot of things that prove my faith true.
You always settle with something that speaks to you at the core, and opens your eyes to the truth, no matter through which religion you see it best.

I am a spiritual person and my spirituality is in every day of my life it is not something i can seperate from myself as my beliefs to some degree shape me and the way i see the world around me. I think for people who have great faith in anything there is no diffinitive answer as to why the path they have chosen is right for them, its a feeling, its faith. I think in many ways faith can be likened to love, it comes in many forms, in varying degrees and is often unexplainable, joyous and when it is felt to the extreme, for love people would walk to the ends of the Earth and back again. I think there is a huge difference however between having strong faith and extremism. I for example believe what i believe but i would never presume to say it is the ONLY way. Whatever anyones beliefs, as long as they harm none and it makes them comfortable in their skin and gives them an understanding of the world around them and their place in it thats a good thing. Finding inner peace through faith, any faith is something to be marvelled and im not saying its necessary to have faith to be at peace, but if it brings it for some then as i say, thats a good thing :)

Bright Blessings and have a good New Year

Would you mind defining what you mean by "all that". Thanks.

I actually consider myself more of a spiritual rather than a religious person but I have a strong belief in the divine. As to the "why" in my case I actually felt compelled by certain events in my life to open my mind. While we're at it, what "evidence" do atheists have other than an unwillingness to accept the possibility that there is one souce for everything?
