Okay..crazy question. If humans are raised in different parts of the world and then again in different parts of the country, their language or dialect changes. Does this apply to animals?? And if not..why not? Would a Chinese dog look at a Dutch dog and not understand it?? Sorry..laughing while asking question as my boyfrind thinks i'm nuts. Says he's imagining dog with Scottish accent!!

Also, if a French man asked my dog to go for walk, would my dog get just as excited or would she not understand. Or is just the tone of your voice not the actual words?

There is evidence dogs and cats have regional noises - also they have found in the last few weeks strong evidence that dolphins do have a complex language and these also have regional dialects.

If Rama was there, Ravana was also there. Therefore, Tamil and Sanskrit were there right from the Sati Yuga is not debatable unless the faith is challenged. But, that challenge should come from a Spiritualist rather than a materialist in order that it gain some authenticity. The fact remains that a spiritualist will not be interested in such trivialities. The tallest, the longest, the broadest, the oldest has no meaning to a Spirit. It has only meaning within Matter, within physics and not in quantum physics.

All animal species have their own accent and language.Say for a ion has his own language and all the lions then have the language to speak as he does.
Of course dialect may change from place-place but not the language.

Great question! I've found that the 'phrases' sung by wood pigeons in the UK differs from area to area. Where I live, the normal pattern is --.-. 3 times followed by a final short .
