There are many boats that are willing to take on inexperienced, casual crew. . I've done this myself many times. However, it is unlikely you will find a boat willing to take on someone inexperienced for a circumnavigation, and I wouldn't recommend that for you even if you found someone. It's better to start with something smaller like 1-2 weeks, then maybe a month, do a single crossing, then if you feel a bigger adventure is still for you, do it. Personally, I found that while I love cruising, I don't have what it takes to spend days or months at sea doing shifts, dealing with storms, etc., night after night. Cruising is nothing like the way most films portray it. Note that frequently inexperienced crew will be expected to pitch in at least enough to cover their food costs.

Here's a few sites to start looking for boats looking for crew:

crewfinders in Fort Lauderdale.....

no yacht is going to hire on inexperienced people.....at a minimum, you need proof you are a good swimmer, an d have passed the STCW 95 training course. If you don't know what that is, find out for starters.......
