Jesus heals the sick.. heals the lame.. heals the deaf... heals the dumb... heals the blind.. raised dead bodies from graves. He visits with widows and orphans during the time of their affliction ...He kept Himself unstained by the world. He dissects the laws for us so we can more easily discern which are man made and which laws are made of God. He takes scripture apart and analyzes it for us so we can see what God did and what man did but claimed God did. He instructs us to not worship scripture knowing many would anyway.
He did only good things... and you say you hate what you have read about Him. Things that make ya go "Hmmmm".
How can you love Him anyway? He will show you how when you are ready to see and not one moment before that.
I read in your short bio that you say you "used to be a true theist" ... I disagree. Had you been true.. your focus would still be on God and not on Christianity. Christianity is made of sinners. Focus on the one without sin is known as following Jesus.

by your question it appears that you are a teenager (at least your thoughts says like that). firstly how can you comment on the persons whom you have not ever seen, talked etc. all you read are manipulated versions of our forefathers.
I agree with you regarding belief only to the extent that Jesus was not a god but an ordinary man.
Rest is that the some of the people we worship were ordinary human being and other are fairy tails designed by your forefathers.
Every religion is man made bullshit (including yours and mine religion).
Reigion is a good tool to rule people, to make any country unstable. Religion is highly inflamable, explisive.
Reigion is a good reason to kill anyone in the name of religion.
Be non religious. Make your childrens nonreligious. and make them good humanbeing.

I can't love something that I do not believe exists.
What do you want to believe? Many people spend their entire lives searching for a spiritual path and a sense of self, yet don't find it. Just relax and enjoy the journey.
