If I get too much sleep I am more tired, and have no energy. My body also aches from sleeping too much, and also my back hurts worse. I live in MI and it is 8:14 p.m. on 12-30-07 Happy New Year.

I end up more sleepy than when I went to bed in the first place. Lazy all day. Kind of bummed out w/ no energy. I usually end up with a headache too. Not to mention all the joint aches from laying down for so long.

All of the above. And if it's long term, depression can also result.
An article a friend cut out of a magazine for my the other day said that making a habit out of getting too much sleep can also cause cancer.
