ha! i just read the same exact thing in 2 different places its just another one of those things that is going to kill you and you won' know what hit you. www.notmilk.com!!
oh and who says that if its bad for you they won't sell it? thats the dumbest thing i ever heard! why do the sell cigarettes or crap junk food pack with deadly poisons? do you really think that the government or big business has your best interest at heart? NO they don't!
i read that milk Does have puss and bacteria and that the 15 sec flash pasteurization is crap and there is a big link between heavy milk use and ADD, Crohn's autism, prostate cancer, breast cancer, and ovarian cysts. pssst, it's the hormones they inject cows with to produce more milk if people weren't concerned california (the leading state in health awareness) is banning the hormone that is added to cows
sorry folks ignorance is not bliss it leads to death....

NO!! milk does not have puss and bacteria (well it might have some NON-harmful bacteria)
Milk isnt that good for you because it if hard for the body to break it down and be digested by your body easily. Its an emulsion( mixture of oil and water) So the body needs more help.
Also it can block up at the back of your throat thats why singers dont really drink milk, but that effect is only temporary.

Drink milk, its good for bones and healthy body!

the regulations governing milk production in Western countries are very strict. pus in milk? I don't think so! and milk is heat treated to inhibit microbial growth. If you keep it chilled to the recommended temperature you will not get sick drinking it - unless of course you have issues related to lactose etc that are unrelated to microorganisms. Milk has alot of vitamins and is a reasonable source of minerals and protein. But moderation is the key to all food intake.

Milk and any other dairy products weren't origionally eaten by humans, the digestive system wasn't origionally designed to cope with dairy foods.

But, milk contains calcium and protein and can be consumed, I'd reccomend only drinking a glass or two a day for balance.

I don't drink milk. Never have liked it. Humans are the only ones that continue to drink milk after they are weaned. I have never had a problem with bone density from it and do not take any supplements.

It can be bad for you if you have a milk allergy. I can't drink it because it causes my mucus to be thicker and that can cause you problems.
