After shampooing your hair, leave the conditioner while you wash up and rinse it last. You'll also have to give your hair a rest and give it a trim so that it will grow healthier.

Just don't expose your hair to heat or dye it too much. My bf's sister changes her hair color frequently and it's pretty much fried although I tell her to cut it out.

You can also do weekly treatments that are 1-2 dollars each that are hask henna. Go to your closest beauty supply place, they most likely have those.

There truly isnt an easy thank you to get stright hair devoid of a straightner or products. i exploit Pantene glossy and soft and that facilitates, and then the various defusers and stuff like that. you may continually try knocking down it with a nicely-known iron. i know it sounds ghetto, even nonetheless it works in case you haven't any longer the rest. merely dont turn it up too intense

step 1- get a trim

step 2- oil hair once a week and/or use a deep conditioning treatment

step 3- use lesser shampoo than you think you need and rinse out more than you think you need to

step 4- when finally rinsing your hair the last rinse should be with COLD water(as cold as you can take)

step 5- always use conditioner after shampoo

step 6- STOP STRAIGHTENING OR CHEMICALLY TREATING HAIR(switch to blow drying and you'll definately see a difference)

follow these steps and see changes in a month! promise..
well good luck and dont worry... your hair will be bak to their beautiful selves soon..!

deep conditioners.
get a trim and remove as much of the damaged ends as you can.
regrowing from a shorter length of healthy will give you a good base to work from
don't blow dry all the time. heat can damage-
talk to your stylist or visit a good salon- they can recommend products that you can afford to keep it healthy
keep up on trims it makes a big difference when you get regular cuts/trims and not a i only go every 3-4 months for a cut.
