Okay, so for those of you who read my question about what to do when I overheard my 13 year old sister, Lacey, saying she was going to have sex with her boyfriend, James. I just now tried to talk to her about sex.
This is how it went:
Me: Lacey, last night, I picked up the phone to call Roe (my bf...his real name is Robert but we call him Roe), and I overheard you and your boyfriend talking about...you two having sex.
Lacey: You were eavesdropping?!?!
Me: No! I just happened to 'drop in' on your conversation. Look, I just want you to know that I love you and I don't want ANYBODY or ANYTHING to hurt you. Including James.
Lacey: James isn't going to hurt me!
Me: Yes, he will. Sex hurts the first time. Please, Lacey don't do this. Have you heard the story with Jamie Lynn Spears? Yeah, it's tragic. Don't do it to yourself.
Lacey: GET OUT OF MY ROOM! YOU CAN'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO! STAY OUT OF MY LIFE!
Me: Lacey!!
Lacey: GO!
HELP?! what do I do? I tried to be a good sister!

I think you should tell her about past experiences (if any), that's what my older sister would do. Because honestly, 13 is waayy to young to even be thinking about sex.
Have a talk with her about it again and tell her to think about what she's going to do.. It could be life changing. My friend told me once you start, you can't stop, which is another thing you should talk to her about. Ask her if she thinks she's ready to have sex, because you have to be ready mentally, emotionally and physically.
Ask her if she knows what the consequences and risks of having sex are - pregnancy, std's, etc.
Annd if her boyfriend is the same age as her, I mean he hasn't like really even gone through puberty yet, it might not even be pleasurable, or worth it even.

almost same situation here, but I'm not sure how old you are, but if you're still a teen, you might wanna pull in the parent patrol here-immediately. and make sure you keep an eye on her boyfriend so he knows someone besides God is watching. ya, all I can say is don't backoff of the situation, keep at it, cause you want the best for your sister.

She is 13 and the more you try to discourage her the more she will want to do it. Just tell her about safe sex and the rest is up to her. 13 is too young.

it was all good until you brought jamie lynn spears into it... it went downhill from there
id call this punk up (james, is it?) and give him a piece of my mind so he'd be too scared to even try to touch my sister

Even on he fist time having sex, she ould get pregnet. aske her if she wants to take care of a baby.
sex does hurt, you actually find out things after, he could be using her to have her sex.
try talking to her again, but ask her if you can talk, and you guys will have to listen to each other to what they have to say.

you should do james so then she wont..........or have roe show your sister the ropes so james doesnt have to suffer the time of breaking in a new pair of shoes so to speak

make sure her parents know, his parents know, and make sure she knows about safe sex. At 13 you cant be there 24/7 so hopefully she makes the right decision.

You did all that you could! If she wants to have sex with him there really isn't a lot you can do about it, but you could try and talk to her about it again.

u cant really do anything...mayb try the holw scare tactic thing with the Sexually Transmitted Infections/Diseases and all that ...or the preggers stuff.....or even simply just tell her its wrong but if u wana do, do it + give her sum condoms aswell

talk to james and her about it together then leave it to them if you tell parents they will both hate u belive me
