she doesnt want to rush into a relatonship with you, she might like the feeling of what you have right now and is afraid things will change after you commit....
Just give her time...enjoy the moments you have dont rush them.... make memories, dont become one.

from that dialog you provided, heres what i could think up
I think she means she'd like to keep dating you, but she needs more time to make herself ready for a future relationship considering she is not ready at the moment,
in other words,
maybe she is seeing someone else and is doubtful/unsure/uncertain of what the situation may come to be while she is still dating you and whatnot.
I dont know much about girls,
but i think what she meant was clear.
to put it basically,
she let you go.
from what i can think up from that text you provided,i believe the above answer is well.. informative and simple enough. But remember.. maybe she didnt and maybe she still wants to be with you but is having doubts and second thoughts. All the more reason to investigate why she said this and if she is having second thoughts or doubts about your relationship together, ask her why and how that could possibly change.
I hope my advice helps you, but I don't hope for it to be misleading and guide you to the direction of heartbreak. I've been there and it ain't pretty.
Like i said earlier, just ask her whats up and why she'd say something like that and tell her to be honest. Sure she might not tell you the whole story because she might be afraid that you wouldn't take it well and whatnot, but tell her to give you the whole story anyways.
There is a reason she said that ,and you've got to find out sooner or later..sooner than later. Or you're going to wonder what she meant by that forever unless you come to her and ask her what's up.

Sounds like she's thinking if you are the guy for her. She likes your company, so she still wants to be around you, but she still wants to keep her options open. She may love you, but she's not in love with you, at least at this point.

Or shes afraid of commitment...

Basically she's saying she wants to keep her options open. She like's dating you, but doesn't want to be serious yet. Just in case someone else comes along she's more into.
